Anne serves as Senior Director of Fund Performance and Reporting where she leads asset management, fund operations and investor reporting with a focus on impact optimization. Anne also leads LFM’s role in the New York Forward Loan Fund (NYFLF) and other follow-on small business lending funds.
Previously, Anne was Vice President of Lending at Finance Fund, an Ohio-based CDFI where she led a 50% increase in lending. It was in this role that she gained small business lending experience, building on her nonprofit and real estate lending skills. Prior to Finance Fund, Anne worked for 14 years at Capital Impact Partners. Her last role there was on the strategy team, creating impact strategy and tracking for national lending activities. Anne also led the portfolio management team, which oversaw approximately $900 million in assets. She has underwritten and closed nearly $300 million in 80+ transactions, including NTMC, HTC and SBA guaranteed loans.
A graduate of Wesleyan University, Anne spent several years in New York City, working at social services agencies including residential treatment for mentally ill, deaf adults on the Lower East Side. Her community leadership includes serving as board chair for Paraprofessional Healthcare Institute, headquartered in Bronx, New York. This national organization focuses on improving the lives of direct health care workers. Anne and her wife – along with their dog and cat live in Greensboro, North Carolina where they trade off trips to the beach and the mountains, and enjoy eating local barbeque.
