In many of the underinvested communities across the US, there are leaders and landowners that understand the history of their communities and want to see a different future for their people. Figuring out how to get there has been difficult, and for communities in the path of development, the only way to get there is by working together.

We can help communities pool their resources, map community needs, and develop a strategy that leads to generational wealth development.

PIPELINE GENERATION

Our presence in communities across the country and our long history of providing both tax credit, debt, and now equity financing in these communities means we have one of the largest origination teams in the country.

We can help our clients nationally to source and curate a geography specific pipeline for investment.

BUILDING CITY CAPACITY

We build capacity at the city level to promote positive outcomes in underinvested communities. We need to work closely with city governments to effectuate the changes we need to make to the systems that have created inequity.

We can assist local and regional economic development strategies that include land banking concepts, fund creation, developer capacity building, and neighborhood revitalization and redevelopment strategies.
