Catherine serves as the Senior Director of Marketing in the Strategic Investments (SI) Group at Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC). She leads all marketing efforts for the SI team, its funds, and its investments. She also drives impact measurement and supports investor relations efforts.
Prior to working at LISC, Catherine co-founded an award-winning social community tech startup, ACT, and provided consultative business development and marketing services to national and international organizations. Before that, Catherine built, managed, and led business development and marketing efforts at Piedmont Fund Services, an international fund administrator for private equity funds, real estate funds, hedge funds, endowments, and outsourced CIOs. There, she was able to expand Piedmont’s reach into four new geographic regions and orchestrated the Alternative Investment Conference – Charlottesville.
Catherine was selected as a 100 Women in Finance/PAAMCO Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst Scholar. Catherine received her Masters in Public Health from the University of South Carolina – Arnold School and B.S. from the University of South Carolina – Honors College. She is currently working on a Business Certificate from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School. Outside of work, she enjoys dancing, teaching fitness classes, traveling, and brewing her own Kombucha.
