Investment Fund Impact
The Cleveland Housing Investment Fund (CHIF) is a catalytic impact investment fund leveraging public and private capital to address the affordable housing shortage in Cleveland. CHIF aims to create healthy, resilient neighborhoods and stimulate economic growth through affordable housing investments.
Through providing flexible capital to mission-aligned developers, the fund focuses on preserving and constructing mixed-income rental housing, particularly in the City’s middle middle and opportunity neighborhoods. We aim to reach housing-stressed middle-income renters and homebuyers, especially those earning at or below 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI).
Together with our funders and partners, CHIF is committed to creating vibrant, inclusive communities through smart investments in Cleveland's housing market.
CHIF is managed by LISC Fund Management, LLC
in partnership with LISC Cleveland.
